The voestalpine group consists of the holding company and, broken down by core business sector, five organizational units (divisions): Steel, Special Steel, Railway Systems, Automotive and Profilform.
- The Group holding company is voestalpine AG, located in Linz, Austria. The company has a strategic management holding function and has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1995.
- voestalpine AG is the parent company of the five divisions which, for their part, are the owners of each division's operational companies.
- In keeping with the Group's organizational structure, the heads of the divisions are also members of the corporate Management Board.
